DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH OR PHONE SESSIONS?

Yes!  During the pandemic and beyond, I am able to provide secure and reliable Telehealth or phone sessions.  In many cases, however, in-person therapy allows for the most genuine interaction between therapist and client.  During our consultation, we’ll talk about what works best for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT MY HEALTH INSURANCE?

I am in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum, Oxford, and Oscar.  Many people prefer to pay out of pocket for therapy.  That's because health insurance companies often place limits on what therapists can do to treat their clients.  By charging a fee per session, you and I will have the flexibility to determine how frequently we meet, what kind of therapy you need, and duration of treatment, all while keeping your personal information 100% confidential.  Get in touch with me to learn about options for reimbursement through your insurance company.

WHAT IS YOUR FEE?

My fee for one, 50-minute individual therapy session is $110.

DO YOU OFFER A SLIDING SCALE FEE?

Everyone who wants therapy deserves it at a price they can afford.  I offer a limited number of pay-what-you-can session slots per week to allow for everyone to have equal access to good treatment.  Get in touch with me to learn more.
