WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
After our initial, brief consultation call, we’ll schedule our first therapy session. During the first session, we’ll talk about you: your history, your strengths, and your previous experience with therapy. We’ll focus on what brings you to therapy now and create treatment goals together. The initial session will provide you time to ask any questions you might have about the treatment process. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
